Self-reflection, Prayer, and Meditation are tools that help us identify what is holding us back from expressing our true nature of Unconditional Love. They should be utilized on a daily basis, in calm surroundings, and at a time that offers optimal focus to be truly effective. Self-reflection is the observation, without judgment, of the reasons for our actions and reactions toward others and ourselves. It allows us to examine what is driving our behavior, which often comes from environmental influences rather than responses from immediate circumstances. Self-reflection enables self-awareness. Self-awareness empowers compassion and acceptance of self and others. Prayer is our request to the Divine Source for guidance and intervention in personal and worldly matters. Meditation is a form of prayer. It allows us to hear through thoughts our inner voice (which is our true nature). Self-reflection, Prayer, and Meditation enable personal growth allowing recognition of our energy essence of Unconditional Love. When this occurs, we make better choices.
